At Gelu Scoops our goal is to make everyone’s event special no matter the budget. To do this we have a few models to choose from. Self Serve, Scoop and Delivery, and Gelu on Wheels, a premium catering service.
All hosted events come with 20 miles included in the packaging, preparation and delivery fee. After 20 miles it is an additional $25 per 10 miles.

31 - 40 miles = + $50.00
41 - 50 miles = + $75.00
51 - 60 miles = + $100.00
Self Serve
Conveniently select your flavors and fill out the order form on our website.

Select the 1 gallon flavors of your choice and we will deliver them to you on the day of your event. We take pride in creating the smoothest, most refreshing Italian dessert so we will give you our tips and tricks to create the fluffy airy texture that Gelu is so well known for. ​​​
For this model the packaging, preparation and delivery fee starts at $100 which includes 20 miles, cups, spoons, napkins, gummy bears, and excellent customer service!
1 gallon buckets are available at $45 per bucket and serves about 14 - 2 scoop cups.
Scoop and Delivery
This option is our most popular! We will coordinate, pack, scoop, and deliver the cups of your choice. Gelu is the perfect treat for any staff appreciation, business meetings, hospitals, industry workers, birthdays, and more. Make your event memorable with Gelu Scoops.​​​
For this model the packaging, preparation and delivery fee starts at $150 which includes everything the “Self Serve” model includes. However, we scoop the flavors for you so all you need to do is enjoy your delicious treat. Our 2 scoop cups are $6.50 and you may choose your flavors.
Gelu on Wheels
With this model, we bring our van or booth directly to you providing the perfect setup for any indoor or outdoor event. This option is full service so we will handle everything from set up, to scooping, to clean up. You and your guests will have all of our flavor and topping options available so you can mix to your heart’s content. Just let us know the time and place, and we'll make your event unforgettable!​​
